About My Clients

I work best with neurodivergent adults who are ready to do real inner work. My clients often carry deep shame and might feel that something's wrong with them. They're thoughtful and genuinely want to change. Some of them are perfectionists, or constantly feel behind or not quite good enough. Some of them have no idea what they truly think or feel, or get lost in what other people think of them instead of what they think of themselves. If this sounds like you, we're probably a good fit.

How I Can Help You

I'm an auDHD therapist, which means that I'm both trained in neurodivergence and I've experienced it. My work is experiential and imaginative. We might explore your inner parts: identify the critic that lives inside you, where it came from, and how to release it from its misguided mission to keep you compliant. We might visit your inner child and give them the treatment you always needed from those who failed you, knowingly or not. I might ask you to imagine various scenarios, so we can see what emotions might come up. Emotions are messengers, and they have important things to say. My goal is to create an environment where your emotions and thoughts can exist freely and without judgment. My work centers on learning and building self-compassion. If you want to schedule a free 15-minute consultation, you don’t have to email me first. Select the “online scheduling” button in the At A Glance section. If you want to go through Open Path for a reduced fee, select the Open Path option.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the freedom to express yourself in whatever way you need to, as long as it does not harm yourself or others. Society gives us a lot of "should"s, and they are often based on harmful values. This space is sex-positive, which means that you will find no shaming here regarding consensual expression of sexuality. I am kink-friendly, and I support those who explore their sexuality, identity, or mental health through kink whether it is through the kink scene or through kinky fiction. I strive to create a safe space free of judgment.
