About My Clients
Traditional talk therapy isn't always enough. I specialize in working with writers, artists, therapists, and caregivers to gently explore protective and wounded parts, release shame, and foster inner harmony. Through a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), relational, and trauma-informed therapy, clients experience deep healing, self-acceptance, and meaningful change. My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT 107071) and a Certified Internal Family Systems therapist (#CSL-1050). I graduated from Pacifica Graduate Institute with a Master's in Counseling Psychology. As a somatic psychotherapist, I’ve seen how integrating body, mind, and spirit leads to profound change and healing. This approach fosters deep self-compassion and relief from past pain, working effectively with a range of clients. I earned my BFA in sculpture, and I find that creative expression enhances this healing work. My approach is active, insightful, and caring, creating a safe and nurturing space for you to engage in your personal growth and healing. I am LGBTQIA & sex-positive, valuing individuality, expression, and compassionate, nonviolent communication.
