Redefine Counseling & Wellness, PLLC is a family-focused counseling practice committed to providing hope and healing to clients ages five and up. With integrity, curiosity, and authenticity, we guide our clients toward growth and restoration as they discover more about themselves and their relationships. Our practice specializes in treating individuals, families, and couples with a focus on overcoming negative symptoms of life stressors, transitions, and trauma; navigating complex relationship dynamics; strengthening emotional connections; and restoring healthy family functioning. I received a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Appalachian State University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as child-centered approaches to treatment. Services provided are offered both passionately and ethically via in-person sessions as well as telehealth.
