About My Clients
I love working with teens and young adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression and those looking to find their identities. I hope to help those clients in their struggles with their inner critic and feelings of self-doubt.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master’s degree at Point Loma Nazarene in December of 2018. I hope to support my clients in becoming more self-aware and compassionate towards themselves. I would describe my approach as person centered. I believe that with the use of unconditional positive regard, one is able to build trust in their own abilities and ultimately in themselves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have been vegan for approximately 7 years, and meatless for 8. I believe that all life is valuable and attempt to show that in my behaviors. I also consider myself a LGBTQ ally.
