About My Clients
Sometimes we all find ourselves in situations that are not ideal. If you are currently looking to explore ways to heal from trauma, overcome depression, lower your anxiety, or learn ways to communicate, I am here to assist. I will help you explore the areas that are blocking your growth. I will walk with you to determine what is working and what is not as you track and adapt to find your true passion.
My Background and Approach
As a Social Worker I incorporate the entire person and environment. We are all apart of a community. This community is what allows up to grow or hinder our progress. This approach ensures you that you are not alone and that you will always be uplifted by your supportive partners once they are identified by you. I have attended trainings that I will utilize to meet your individual needs including but not limited to EMDR, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am a parenting instructor as well. This allows me to understand and meet the needs that arise with parenting and family dynamics.
