About My Clients
As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), I work with athletes, performers, and teams on mental skills training, leadership, and character development. I also specialize in relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, ADHD and learning disabilities, life transitions, PTSD, EMDR, and identity concerns with adolescents and adults.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Psychologist, National Registered Health Service Psychologist (HSP), Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), and an adjunct professor for the University of Denver Graduate School of Professional Psychology. I am also the Sport Psychologist for the US Men's Alpine Ski Team. I was previously the Associate Director and Training Director for the University of Oklahoma Athletics Department Psychological Resources for OU Student-Athletes (PROS). I earned my Counseling Psychology Doctorate from the University of Northern Colorado, my Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver, and my Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University. .
