About My Clients
Rick Steele specializes in working with those who have experienced trauma in their lives, and are now navigating PTSD symptoms. Rick utilizes treatment modalities based on cutting- edge neuroscience to help those individuals for whom traditional psychotherapy is not effective. Treatment is aimed at reintegrating mind, body and spirit, and conducted at the client's own pace in a safe environment
My Background and Approach
I am a EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist. I use EMDR and other somatic-based approaches when working with clients. I also utilize Ego State Therapy (parts work) and psychodynamic interventions when addressing clients' trauma and PTSD symptoms.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Darkness is less frightening when faced with someone who knows a way forward. Please reach out to me if you are hurting and are in need. I will do all that I can to be of service to you.
