About My Clients
I work with queer individuals and couples using a trauma-informed, integrative approach grounded in ACT, somatic work, and attachment-based
My Background and Approach
My clinical work is informed by experience supporting veterans and individuals impacted by PTSD, as well as working with multicultural families navigating intergenerational stress, identity, and relational conflict. I bring a strong understanding of trauma, moral injury, and the ways cultural, systemic, and family dynamics shape emotional well-being. In addition to my clinical training, my background as an educator strengthens my ability to explain complex concepts clearly, collaborate with families, and tailor interventions to meet clients where they are. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in respect, structure, and empowerment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am committed to providing a gender-affirming, queer-affirming, and immigrant-friendly therapeutic space. I believe mental health care should honor each person’s identity, lived experience, and cultural context. My work is grounded in respect, curiosity, and cultural humility, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore who they are, where they come from, and how they want to live with authenticity and agency.
