About My Clients

I am passionate about helping individuals & couples to overcome the issues that are limiting their ability to live a more fulfilled life. I have a breadth of experience working with educators, healthcare professionals, along with first-responders (military, police, firefighters, paramedics/EMTs). I welcome and am comfortable working with individuals & couples of all political beliefs, sexual orientations, religious backgrounds, and relationship structures.

My Background and Approach

I help adults and couples navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, and patterns that may be keeping them stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, with an emphasis on creating a comfortable space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely understood. Drawing from evidence-based therapies including CBT, Insight-Oriented Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I tailor treatment to your individual goals and needs. I have experience working with healthcare professionals, educators, first responders, and individuals from diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and relationship structures. Whether you are seeking practical coping tools, deeper self-understanding, or support improving communication and connection, therapy can help you move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

If you’re still reading this, there's a chance we may be a great fit. If you are ready to better understand yourself and/or your relationship and want support that’s thoughtful, collaborative, and practical, I invite you to reach out.
