My Background and Approach
I’ve been in private practice for nearly 2 decades. I have experience working in numerous mental health settings, which include working as a Clinical Supervisor at Robert Wood Johnson-Somerset (both inpatient and outpatient settings), Princeton House Behavioral Health, GenPsych P.C., and Somerset Medical Center. I work best with clients who are experiencing anxiety, trauma and depression. I’ve been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I’m currently an affiliate at The Center for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. I am also a Level I trauma graduate at the Sensorimotor Institute. I am a Clinical Supervisor for graduate students that are working on receiving clinical hours toward licensure. I have also been certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) as of 2022. I am currently pursuing a certificate in Rapid Resolution Therapy.
