As a Black man, I understand the unique pressures and expectations that can come with being a man, especially when navigating ADHD and anxiety. Here, you’ll find a safe space where you can be your authentic self without judgment. In our sessions, we’ll tackle the challenges you’re facing head-on, whether it’s managing daily stressors, exploring your thoughts, or developing practical strategies that work for you. Together, let's build a path of understanding.
My Background and Approach
The process of seeking help can be difficult and exhausting. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can talk about anything knowing you will be heard. I enjoy helping people better understand themselves as they move toward sustainable change and solve their problems. I do this using therapeutic techniques that are evidenced-based. I balance kindness with a focus on getting you to where you want to be. My practice includes telehealth services in New Jersey.
