About My Clients
My areas of focus are ADHD in children, teens, and adults, Autism spectrum differences, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation and impulsivity, sensory sensitivities and overwhelm, social and relationship difficulties, burnout, masking, and identity challenges, along with anxiety or low self-esteem related to feeling different. I work best with neurodivergent individuals who want a supportive space to better understand themselves and develop strategies that work for their brain.
My Background and Approach
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Together, we focus on understanding how your brain works and building practical strategies that support your strengths and daily life. Therapy is collaborative and individualized. Together we develop tools and strategies that fit your needs rather than relying on one-size-fits-all approaches. With kids and teens, I collaborate with parents to support emotional regulation, behavior challenges, and school stress. For adults, therapy often focuses on reducing overwhelm, building self-compassion, and creating tools that make daily life feel more manageable. Clients often describe me as approachable, understanding, and practical. I aim to create a supportive, judgment-free space where neurodivergent differences are respected.
