About My Clients

If you struggle with insomnia or a circadian rhythm disorder, my specialty is using best-practice cognitive behavioral techniques to help you sleep better. Typically, most people will notice significant improvement in 4-6 weeks, and most people can complete therapy in under 10 weeks. If you've suffered from poor sleep, you've suffered long enough. I can help you learn to sleep better quickly.

My Background and Approach

I am a licensed psychologist in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I have been helping patients improve their sleep for the better part of a decade. Certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine (CBSM) by the American Board of Sleep Medicine in 2012, I achieve Diplomate status from the Board of Behavioral Sleep Medicine (DBSM) in 2018. I am active in the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine, the international organization for sleep providers and researchers, and am currently in my 5th year on the Board of Directors. I utilize the best practices for treating sleep disorders and offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, the safest, most effective treatment available. My approach is medication free, and research has show CBT-i to be superior to medication.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have found treating sleep disorders to be a calling. It is so gratifying to see someone who has suffered for months or years suddenly improve and begin to thrive in life again. No one needs to suffer, so my passion is to bring insomnia care everywhere!
