I will take time to get to know you now and your history. We will explore your current path and life history. We will work on building your skills to take on the challenges of each day. We will work together to improve your coping skills. Ultimately we will work toward your fulfillment of your best life and best self. My specialty is Change, I help people find ways to motivate themselves to change and ways to stay on track once they begin.

I believe that each of our stories are equally sacred as they are unique and see therapy as an opportunity to cultivate curiosity for ourselves and to let go of self-judgement. Taking a Psychodynamic approach, I aim to help my clients unravel, experience, and understand themselves more deeply, through building awareness, flexibility, and the capacity to make change. Humor, authenticity, and the willingness to experiment is foundational to my approach. I've been privileged to work with Children, teens and adults seeking support for issues including, attention deficit disorder, anxiety, depression, educational issues and substance abuse. Taking the leap into therapy can be daunting and even intimidating, but I invite you with open arms, an open mind, and radical acceptance.
