My goal is to provide you with a safe space to explore these issues. I will offer my expertise in guiding you in this process, while at the same time helping you develop the skills you will need to face life challenges. I believe in evidence based practice and mostly utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Enhanced Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT-E) for eating disorders, and Prolonged Exposure (PE) for Post-traumatic stress disorder.
