Many of my clients are seeking new ways to cope, reconnect with themselves, and move beyond survival toward growth. In our first sessions, we’ll slow down and explore the concerns bringing you in. My Background and Approach
I'm Ricardo Aleman, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals across Texas. I integrate approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, and Motivational Interviewing to personalize care and promote meaningful growth. As a clinical psychotherapist, I create a safe, affirming space for self-reflection, emotional healing, and skill-building. My background includes a BS in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University and an MSW from Aurora University—educational experiences that shape my holistic, client-centered lens. I specialize in Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma and LGBTQ-Affirmative CBT for identity-related challenges, guided by empathy, cultural humility, and a deep respect for your journey.
