About My Clients
I work with adults navigating trauma, addiction, life transitions, and co-occurring mental health concerns. My clients are often seeking deeper self-awareness, emotional balance, and support breaking free from patterns that no longer serve them. I welcome people from all backgrounds and identities—especially those seeking nonjudgmental, affirming care rooted in hope, dignity, and real change.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) with years of experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, addiction, life transitions, and co-occurring disorders. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, deep compassion, and a commitment to each person's resilience and growth. I draw from CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy—tailoring each session to meet you where you are. I understand that healing isn't linear and aim to offer a safe, judgment-free space for you to be fully seen and supported. Whether you’re seeking recovery, self-discovery, or stability, I walk beside you with care and practical tools.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work is grounded in hope, compassion, and the belief that every person has the capacity for change and healing. I welcome clients of all spiritual paths, including those exploring questions of faith, those deconstructing harmful religious experiences, and those who find strength in their beliefs. As a Christian therapist, I can integrate faith-based support when requested, but I also honor and respect clients who come from different traditions—or none at all. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where your values and voice guide the work.
