My Background and Approach
I combine Brainspotting and CBT to support comprehensive healing. Brainspotting helps clients access and process deeply held trauma, while CBT focuses on reframing negative thought patterns and developing practical coping strategies. Together, these approaches address both the emotional roots of trauma and the thought patterns that sustain distress, fostering resilience and lasting change. Brainspotting is a powerful, neuroscience-based therapy that helps your brain process what traditional talk therapy can’t reach. Instead of revisiting every detail of the past, we use your visual field and natural brain pathways to release stored trauma, overwhelm, chronic stress, and emotional blocks. Clients often describe it as deep, clarifying, and unexpectedly relieving—like finally exhaling after holding your breath for years.
