My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel supportive, genuine, and collaborative. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other techniques based on your individual needs. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. We’ll explore the patterns, experiences, thoughts, and relationships that may be affecting you today while also recognizing the strengths you already possess. My style is warm, conversational, and honest. I want you to have a space where you can show up as yourself without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-awareness, healthier coping skills, stronger boundaries, and meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room.
