About My Clients
I work collaboratively with my clients, while also providing specific tools and techniques to help begin the process of change and growth. Topics in individual therapy include depression & anxiety, self-awareness, anger-management, and stress management. Common topics with families include parent-child conflict, sibling conflict, boundary setting and life-transitions.
My Background and Approach
YOU already have positive skills and tools but may find yourself stuck and just need to learn some new tools in order to continue your journey forward. I help you capitalize your strengths in order to build new ways of thinking and decision making and change your behaviors so YOU can get unstuck!!! When we can truly embrace and explore our current circumstances, we can then courageously change or enhance our lives – be it in love, relationships, health, fitness, work, or even money. Life is filled with joyous and painful events. Some of the greatest gifts can come through the most painful events of our lives. I am consistently amazed at the human resiliency that I see in the people that I support!
