About My Clients
I specialize in working with high-achieving women who often look like they have everything together on the outside but privately feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or frustrated with themselves. Many of my clients were diagnosed with ADHD later in life—or suspect executive dysfunction is affecting their relationships, careers, and daily lives. Others are successful professionals navigating perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, or the exhausting pressure of always being the capable one.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with high-achieving women who often look like they have everything together on the outside but privately feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or frustrated with themselves. Many of my clients were diagnosed with ADHD later in life—or suspect executive dysfunction is affecting their relationships, careers, and daily lives. Others are successful professionals navigating perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, or the exhausting pressure of always being the capable one. You may be a great fit if you: Were diagnosed with ADHD as an adult—or wonder whether executive dysfunction is playing a role in your life. Want to become a better partner before becoming a parent. Are successful professionally but struggle to keep up with life behind the scenes. Want to improve difficult relationships with parents or family without simply cutting people off. Appreciate honest feedback and are looking for a therapist who will challenge you with compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
One of the things I'm most proud of as a therapist is helping clients reach a point where they no longer need me every week. My goal has never been to build the largest caseload possible or keep people in therapy indefinitely. My goal is to help you develop the insight, confidence, and skills to navigate life without feeling like you always need a therapist in your corner.
