Have you said, "I didn't think it would be like this?" When we merely have the ability to react to our environment, rather than respond consciously we don't feel like ourselves. It's difficult to feel vulnerable. Though there may be some hard days, I believe in the perseverance and optimism of the human spirit. My Background and Approach
I am an 'eclectic' therapist - meaning that I prefer to take the time to get to know you and what you need, and then create an individualized plan suited only to you. I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical and Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
