My Background and Approach
I like to meet clients where they are at as an individual culturally. Working through a lens of empathy to help client's to discover new and personal ways to overcome stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, confidence, and other struggles. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
