My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I help couples uncover the emotions and attachment needs beneath their patterns—whether you’re stuck in silence, blame, or parenting stress. For individuals, we explore the inner emptiness of anxiety or depression and reconnect with what matters. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and focused on real change. Together, we slow down reactivity and build deeper emotional safety.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in the context of safe, connected relationships. Whether you're a couple struggling to feel close again or an individual sorting through emotional disconnection, all parts of you are welcome here. Therapy isn't about fixing you—it's about helping you move toward authenticity and connection. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, woodworking, and having spontaneous fun.
