My Background and Approach

Dr. Erin Ramachandran, PsyD, is an award-winning author, speaker, and California-licensed Christian psychologist specializing in mental health, addiction, and couples counseling. Her doctoral research on scrupulosity (religious OCD) developed a grounded theory distinguishing its psychological and spiritual dimensions. She authored Mental Health Strong (2019) and Mental Health Strong Marriage (2024), and co-founded Restore Therapy Center and Mental Health Strong. Alina Ilioi, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over nine years of experience specializing in grief, trauma, relationships, anxiety, depression, and women’s issues. Known for her compassionate, personalized care, she helps clients gain clarity, strengthen relationships, and move forward with hope. She co-founded Tower of Refuge and Restore Therapy Center.
