About My Clients
I serve individuals across the lifespan—children, teens, adults, seniors, and pregnant individuals—navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD and more.
My Background and Approach
With over 20 years in healthcare, my background ensures your care is rooted in deep clinical authority. I am dual board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (University of Pittsburgh) and a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Herzing University). Additionally, my years as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner give me a rare, expert understanding of how complex medical diagnoses and treatments impact your mind. For you, this means your treatment is never generalized. I look at your brain chemistry, physical health, and lifestyle as an interconnected whole. My approach to medication management is highly collaborative and evidence-based, ensuring you are safely supported. We will work as a team to create an integrative plan that treats you as a person, not a collection of isolated symptoms, empowering you to reclaim your vitality and achieve lasting mental wellness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that true healthcare is a fundamental human right and that healing requires an environment completely free of judgment. My practice is built on the core values of inclusivity, deep empathy, and advocacy for those navigating life-altering medical diagnoses. I am passionate about bridging the gap between physical and mental healthcare, ensuring that individuals facing chronic illness or reproductive transitions receive the comprehensive, dignified support they deserve.
