About My Clients
I serve men and women, adolescents 10+, adults, and couples who are ready for real growth. If you have been strong for everyone else but feel tired inside, this space is for you. I help with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity, and relationship struggles. You do not have to perform strength here. We will build clarity, accountability, and healthier patterns together.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina with experience serving adolescents, adults, and couples in both community and private practice settings. I treat anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship conflict using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral strategies, reality-based interventions, and structured communication work. For you, that means sessions are not just conversations. They are focused, practical, and designed to create measurable growth. I am currently in pursuit of my doctorate to further deepen my knowledge and effectiveness as a practitioner. I remain committed to ongoing learning so that the care you receive is thoughtful, current, and culturally responsive. If faith is important to you, I can thoughtfully integrate it into our work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing begins when people feel seen, respected, and safe enough to be honest. I value integrity, accountability, faith, family, and community, and I bring those principles into the therapy space. Growth requires courage and self-examination, and I am committed to walking that process with you. I support mental health advocacy, suicide prevention efforts, and increasing access to care for underserved communities. I respect all identities and backgrounds and strive to create a culturally responsive, inclusive environment. Faith is important in my life, and I can integrate spirituality into our work if that matters to you. My goal is to empower you toward sustainable change, not dependency.
