Life can be a very tricky journey; sometimes you just feel stuck! Please know you are not alone! We're all still learning & growing! Sometimes, someone not in our immediate circle can offer a perspective or additional support that provides just the right amount of push, motivation, and direction to help give us movement in a difficult situation. I help clients who feel disempowered regain power and control over their lives in order to live a meaningful and fulfilling life that feels authentic.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is quite simple- WE ARE A TEAM! YOU are the expert on your life, so YOU will be the leader of this journey! I will help guide you in the right direction, offer different perspectives, and provide extra support when you feel stuck. I’m open-minded and judgment-free of your journey :) And while I won't judge, I will be sincere and direct, and call you out on your crap if I need to! I mean, what’s the point of therapy if I’m not honest with you?! Haha! My treatment method is quite eclectic and will vary based on individual client, but Motivational Interviewing and a Strength-Based approach will be utilized in every session to reiterate your resiliency and ability to achieve goals. I hope you leave our sessions having gained clarity, insight, and the motivation to set this world on fire with all the greatness inside of you!
