About My Clients
I work with youth & young adults, adults, caregivers, and helping professionals. Whether navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, relationship concerns, or the unique pressures of helping work—I create an affirming, judgment-free space. LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, polyamorous, and kink-aware clients welcome. Ready to align intention with impact?
My Background and Approach
My approach is strengths-based, relational, and tailored to who's actually in the room with me. I believe people already hold the capacity for growth. My goal is to support you in cultivating new skills along the way. I aim for a space that's safe, collaborative, and real, where you can show up as you are without having to perform, or mask. I draw heavily from trauma-informed care and TBRI, prioritizing connection, emotional safety, and regulation as the foundation for any deeper work. I help clients understand how past experiences shape the present while also focusing on practical tools you can use this week; communication, navigating relationships, managing stress, creating your path forward. My style is warm, direct, and engaging. I use humor, creativity, and, when it fits, playfulness; because therapy works better when it feels human. I have experience with neurodivergent clients and adapt to each person's way of thinking, processing, and communicating.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe that Black Lives Matter, and that human rights are for ALL humans. I volunteer for an organization focused on racial justice. I am a loud and unapologetic advocate for trans-rights and visibility. Recognizing my privilege, how it can be used, when, where, and with whom, is something that I take very seriously. I consider myself to be anti-racist, and also, recognize that I actively work toward this on a daily basis (because I will always have more to learn). Sex-work is legitimate; sex-positivity is the only way to remove stigmas associated with sex and sexuality; polyamory and ethical non-monogamy are legitimate relationship and family structures and should be seen as such. The child/youth welfare systems in our country often cause harm, sometimes unknowingly, and always through systemic barriers. I believe that children and youth should be able to express themselves autonomously.
