My goal is to provide a judgment-free space where you feel supported and learn that your thoughts and feelings matter. Together, we'll identify the problem areas and find the solutions that work best for you. As a therapist, I am here to help you overcome the obstacles standing in the way of your happiness, and as a team, we'll accomplish the goals you once thought were unachievable and give you the tools you need to tackle whatever comes your way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that having a therapist with shared cultural and lived experiences is important. Nothing feels better than knowing someone has a basic understanding of what life may look like through a similar lens. I value those connections.
