About My Clients
I support adult and adolescents. Some may use my practice for making immediate changes, while others may seek healing that requires deeper therapeutic attention.
My Background and Approach
I have provided care in private practice, group practice, and community mental health settings, working with individuals navigating housing instability, addiction, trauma, and the carceral system. These experiences shaped my belief in slow, relational, dignity-centered healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a deeply human, relational and ontological process. It’s not about fixing people, but about creating a space where someone can finally be seen without shame or judgment. My work is psychodynamic and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that our histories and attachments shape how we move through the world. I don’t view individuals as “difficult”; I see them as doing what they had to do to survive. I value honesty, emotional attunement, and naming what happens in the room. Boundaries, depth, and authenticity matter to me. I see therapy as a collaborative relationship where people can understand themselves more fully and develop new possibilities for living with clarity, meaning, and self-compassion.
