My Background and Approach
I work with teens and adults in a collaborative and down-to-earth style, with a dose of humor when it helps. I show up as a real person with imperfections and invite you to do the same. I use approaches like CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing but what that really looks like is curiosity, practical tools, and a space where you can be fully yourself. Together, we will untangle what’s weighing on you and move towards the life you want. Services are all online, so you can show up from your couch, your car, or wherever feels right. No commute. No waiting room. Just time that is yours. I have current openings during the day and some evening hours. I would love to chat to see if I am a fit for you.
