About My Clients
Feeling overwhelmed and TIRED every day. Coping skills range from working out to having a glass of wine. Disappointments are everywhere. Day to day activities are exhausting, or at least the way you are doing them makes it feel that way. Between job responsibilities and home/family responsibilities it all seems to be too much. No one seems to listen and accept you as you are.
My Background and Approach
Often our past experiences get in the way of us achieving our goals and understanding how these impact us is an important part of the journey. I can help you get past your current speed bump. I have training in trauma focused treatment, depression, anxiety, ADHD and relationship issues. I am accepting new patients aged 14 and older. I have also been doing psychological testing for ADHD for the past 8 years and will be offering this service as well, for people aged 16 years or older.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them define what they are wanting out of life and ways to get this. There is a way to achieve a better life and oftentimes we all need someone to talk to in order to figure it all out.
