About My Clients
I enjoy providing therapy for women and adolescents 14 and up. I love working on issues such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and relationship/family problems. I can offer compassion and a safe space to explore what's going wrong and what we can do about it. We'll work on building trust, a sense of safety, and open communication to identify how we can improve on your already existing coping skills, supports, and knowledge.
My Background and Approach
I'm an LCSW in PA. I've been working in mental health for almost 20 years, and recently became licensed. I utilize an eclectic approach to best meet your needs. I believe that being kind and compassionate with yourself is the first step to healing and creating change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an LGBTQ ally and have personal experience with a trans child. I follow a lot of feminist beliefs and support social justice in all forms. I will always stand up for those who don't have a voice.
