About My Clients
I am trained in Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS) and Bioregulation Therapy in the treatment of conditions involving: cognition, mood, sleep, motor functioning, executive functioning, sensory processing, anxiety, impulsivity, pain, and concussions/TBI. I believe the transformative power of neurofeedback offers clients a non-medical tool to treat many conditions.
My Background and Approach
I have completed intensive, specialized trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Hypnotherapy. In addition, I continue to engage in continuing education in a variety of psychotherapy modalities and mind-body practices, including trauma treatment, meditation, aromatherapy, heart rate variability, and therapeutic breathing.
