I have worked in a variety of setting including schools, residential, and outpatient setting with individuals, children and families. My approach is interactive and collaborative. We will work together to understand the root cause of your struggles and address those issues with long-lasting strategies, helping you get closer to the life you’ve always wanted. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the ability to change and grow. As we develop we may have picked up unhealthy thoughts and behaviors to cope with life's challenges. These unhealthy thoughts and behaviors can lead to mental health issues and because they are unhealthy learned behaviors we can also learn healthier one's that will enhance our lives instead of hinder us. I provide a safe and non-judgemental environment to learn and practice healthier ways to deal with the challenges that life can throw at us thus enhancing a more fulfilling and happy life.
