My Background and Approach
I offer a down-to-earth, nonjudgmental space to explore patterns, build healthier relationships, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and authentic. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you're used to doing it all on your own. You don't have to have the perfect words or a clear plan, just the willingness to show up.
