About My Clients
My ideal client is an Adult Man who has either never tried therapy before or has been cautious of mental wellness due to poor previous experiences. I want the person to be willing to give me 1 hour of their life. The overwhelming response is "this was nothing like I expected" which I find as a compliment.
My Background and Approach
I person centered and want to give each person a space to feel comfortable, open, and heard. I was trained in therapy models that help me see the world as the client does. When we are able to identify the issue, I work with my clients to rewrite the narratives that may be holding them back.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we are all different and those differences make us unique. I am respectful of all faiths and those who may be non-believers. I want to know about your life.
