About My Clients
Are you navigating the complexities of trauma, identity, or relationships? I work with clients who have experienced trauma and want to heal, and clients who want to live a more authentic existence. I provide a safe space to help navigate healing and authenticity without judgment. Some of my specialty areas are childhood and complex trauma, LGBTQ populations, religious trauma, boundaries, identity, and relationships. I enthusiastically support those who practice polyamory and/or embrace kink.
My Background and Approach
I have been practicing for several years and have specialties that speak to my passion for helping. I can help with coping tools, helpful exercises, somatic interventions, education, building insight, and processing trauma. I am affirming and have experience working with neuro-spicy individuals, am LGBTQ inclusive, and can provide transgender affirming care. I do my best to continue to learn and develop multicultural competency. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is key to healing, and we can work together to develop the course of treatment that fits for you.
