My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, discrete and complex trauma, family of origin issues, relationships, life transitions, parenting, illness, grief, disordered eating, sexuality, giftedness, attachment issues, shame, body image, OCD, and the intersection of mental and physical health.
I use evidence-based modalities, such as mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I am a certified yoga instructor, and have extensive training in mindfulness and mind-body techniques.
