My clients are often struggling with anxiety and transitions. We delve in to areas of self-esteem and family intergenerational communication. I used evidence based treatments to help emotional regulation and setting boundaries. I work with many women of color.
My Background and Approach
I use a relational framework rooted in family systems and intersectionality of identities. I employ evidence based practices such as DBT, ACT and EMDR.
