I have advanced training in trauma, in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and have had successful outcomes for clients of all ages utilizing this approach as well as treating clients with a trauma history in Ketamine-Assisted-Psychotherapy. Your traumatic past does not have to define your present or your future & the therapeutic process does not have to be a re-hashing of your trauma for you to heal, either.

I have a background in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy and I combine these techniques, among others, to help you regain control. I also have extensive experience in teaching clients how to effectively cope day to day and have created a guide to help you learn and practice those skills, not only while we work together, but for years to come!

I utilize a multi-technique approach to assist my clients with their depression, combining techniques from various therapeutic approaches, making sure to meet each client where they are. Many of my clients also choose to work with me utilizing Ketamine-Assisted-Psychotherapy.

I utilize a multi-technique approach combining techniques from Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as Play Therapy for my younger clients. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have advanced training in trauma and have had successful outcomes for clients of all ages.

I utilize DBT in my multi-technique therapeutic approach to teach clients skills in four areas: how to focus on the present moment over the past or future, how to improve interpersonal relationships and communication, how to manage your emotions, and how to manage your emotional response to stressors. DBT will help you manage intense and painful thoughts & emotions and suicidal thoughts.

I have worked as a trauma therapist since I started working as a therapist & I have seen firsthand the impact trauma has on our present lives & the impact trauma therapy can have on our future. Your trauma no longer has to define your life, you can heal from your experiences, and you can have the future you deserve - and no, trauma therapy does not have to consist of rehashing all of your traumatic experiences in detail. I also offer trauma therapy to my Ketamine-Assisted-Psychotherapy clients.
