About My Clients
My clients are pretty likable, easy-going, over-achieving, perfectionistic, overly accommodating, and deeply wounded. My Background and Approach
I want to hear your story, accept you as you are, meet you where you’re at, and walk alongside you. My intention is to cultivate a safe and comforting space. You deserve to feel heard, be seen, and be validated. People pleasing habits often come with dysfunctional beliefs, guilt, indecisiveness, repetitive negative thinking, and self-doubt. In therapy, we will explore the why behind your people-pleasing habits. I use an integrative approach where I tailor therapy to you as you share your struggles. In the first few sessions, we will get to know each other. There will be memes, you can count on it. As we continue, you will be free to explore your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. We will collaborate on your treatment, making sure you maintain autonomy in your healing journey. You will be empowered and motivated as you find hope, embrace healing, and experience freedom.
