About My Clients
Do you often find yourself second-guessing your decisions or abilities? Do you sometimes feel caught between wanting to please your family and caring for yourself? Step into a space created just for you—a place to navigate life’s biggest changes and discover your true self. I work with young adults and new grads navigating challenges like relationship shifts, career transitions, and self-doubt.
My Background and Approach
I’m a psychotherapist part of New York City Psychotherapists Collective. I attended Loyola University Chicago School of Social Work focusing on mental health and substance use. I work with young adults and recent graduates who are navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and big life transitions. My approach is flexible and shaped around what feels most helpful for you. Sometimes that looks like learning how to catch and shift unhelpful thought patterns, other times it’s building practical tools to manage overwhelming emotions or communicate more effectively in relationships. We might also slow down with mindfulness practices to help you feel more grounded, or explore past experiences to better understand how they affect your life today. By combining these different ways of working, I aim to give you both immediate relief from daily stress and the deeper insights that lead to lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more confident, balanced, and connected as you mov
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about standing up for what matters—whether that’s fighting racial injustice, advocating for female reproductive rights, or supporting marginalized communities. I bring that same energy into my work, making sure clients feel truly heard and respected. On the flip side, I’m also very in tune with pop culture and will happily admit I’m a die-hard fan of reality TV (the Real Housewives franchise has my whole heart). I’ve even been known to frame therapy a little like a gossip session—it helps take away some of the pressure and makes sessions feel more comfortable, especially for new clients. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical; it can also feel like sitting down with someone who gets you, laughs with you, and helps you make sense of life in a way that feels real and approachable.
