About My Clients
You desire to experience more grounded, authentic connection. You are carrying old survival strategies that were once protective but now create distance or conflict. You might feel emotionally reactive or shut down, stuck between wanting closeness and fearing it. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, helping you untangle what's getting in the way and build a new path forward.
What I Specialize In
As a relationship therapist with a background in trauma-informed care, I help individuals and couples navigate the complex intersection of connection, attachment, and healing. My work is grounded in the belief that our early experiences—especially those marked by trauma—shape how we love, trust, and relate to others. Whether you're struggling with communication breakdowns, intimacy issues, or the echoes of past pain showing up in your current relationships, I offer a safe, collaborative space to explore and heal. I draw from a blend of evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR. This means we’ll work not only with your thoughts and patterns, but also with the emotions and nervous system responses that often underlie them. I pay close attention to the impact of developmental, relational, and complex trauma on how you show up—with your partner, within yourself, and in the world.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
In our work together, my goal is to support you in reconnecting with your natural resilience and capacity for meaningful connection. I offer a warm, affirming presence and a non-pathologizing approach that honors your full humanity. I'm deeply mindful of how trauma—and the broader impact of systemic oppression—can shape our relationships and emotional health. I strive to create an inclusive, trauma-informed space where all identities are seen, respected, and supported in the healing process.
