My Background and Approach
I use an interpersonal, integrative multicultural approach providing a space for you to process what you're going through, and figure out how to move forward. I work with both individuals and couples/family members. I assist clients who are having problems in relationships - marital, premarital. I also focus on women’s care during pregnancy and post giving birth and any post-partum symptoms.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Taking a step back and looking together at patterns in your relationships, personal and career path can help you learn more about yourself, understand what is going on now, and make changes in your life. Come recognize your strengths and develop new ways of using them successfully. Currently accepting clients either self-pay or with BCBS insurance.
