Nerves are frayed. We as a collective have endured distress for a prolonged period of time. Individuals and relationships are feeling the pinch of the pandemic. Give yourself permission to have a moment or a day. We owe it to ourselves and our loved ones to put ourselves first and talk to someone. If you recognize the increase in irritability is unlike you. I am here to help. I help people find relief from daily mental blocks and develop skills to find moments of calm while under stress.

I specialize in Perinatal Mental Health and sexual wellness as a sex therapist. I have experience with assisting individuals in relationships get "unstuck" and find the ideal medium of communication for happier and healthier relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we are not free until we are ALL free. Sex and sexuality is a personal and basic human right. Pleasure is not taboo and can be experienced by all if we do the work. Black Lives Matter. I center BIPOC/QTBIPOC individuals.
