About My Clients
I work with women and teens who feel anxious when it comes to their relationships and often feel like they're not good enough. For women this may look like being fed up with dating, experiencing anxiety and having difficulty asking for what they want in their relationships, and experiencing a lot of self blame. For my teen gals this may look like increased peer and family conflict, academic stress, isolation, and a general feeling of being overwhelmed.
My Background and Approach
I approach my work with warmth and compassion and my most important goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment for those I work with. When it comes to therapy I do not believe that one size fits all and I tailor my approach to fit your needs. I have found that one of my most valuable tools is bringing my authentic whole self to each session and truly believe that a strong therapeutic relationship can be the biggest catalyst for change.
