My clients are looking for a direct and compassionate therapist to provide support and guidance to work through anxiety, ADHD, family, and relational challenges.
My Background and Approach
Reina works from a client-centered, collaborative model. She is always looking for creative ways to help clients shift beliefs about themselves and what is possible for their future. Reina works from a psychodynamic model, meaning she works with clients to uncover past hardships for the purpose of creating future success. She works from a culturally responsive framework, respecting the unique background of each client she works with. She has extensive experience with clients who present with ADHD, anxiety disorders, trauma, and also supports couples in reconnecting and having clear communication of their needs in the relationship.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Reina believes that everyone can heal and make desired changes. She is also aware of how hard it is to ask yourself or ask others to challenge unhealthy thinking patterns because of the discomfort this creates. Reina excels and making clients feel comfortable speaking about the areas of life that can feel most painful to share about through her warm presence and genuine care for her clients.
