About My Clients
I work best with women and couples who are used to holding things together on the outside, but feel disconnected, stuck, or unsure underneath. You might be navigating relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, or a major life transition, and starting to realize that surface-level solutions are not enough. You’re thoughtful, self-aware, and ready to understand the patterns shaping your life so you can create something that actually feels different.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW-C) in Michigan with experience in relationships, intimacy, and life transitions. I am currently completing advanced training in sex therapy through the Sexual Health Alliance. This background allows me to help you explore complex, often unspoken challenges with clarity and depth, so you can better understand yourself and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of the therapy room, I value connection, honesty, and creating spaces where people feel safe to be fully themselves. I’m especially drawn to work that challenges stigma around relationships, intimacy, and sexual health. I also volunteer with a local dog rescue, which is a meaningful part of my life and keeps me connected to something outside of my work. I believe growth happens when we have space to be real, and that’s something I carry into the work I do every day.
